Fees

Referrals from your family doctor are recommended as your doctor will forward the relevant medical history and copies of imaging investigations done (e.g., xrays, ultrasound, MRI, etc.).

IMPORTANT: We do not inject the spine. We only inject the following joints: elbows, fingers, shoulders, hips (bursitis), knees, toes.

The following is a list of our fees for non-OHIP insurable services (as of July 20, 2023):

• Monovisc/Cingal/Synvisc®/Viscosupplementation injection into joint: $500-$600 per syringe (includes injection fee and cost of product)
• Platelet-Rich Plasma injection:
  • From $400 per site - price determined at consultation

NOTE: Whereas we do perform in-office steroid, viscosupplementation (e.g., Synvisc, Monovisc, etc.) and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, we do not perform ultrasound guided steroid injections. Please see your family doctor and request referral to a pain clinic or to an orthopedic surgeon.

Each case is different. We recommend a complimentary consultation where your joint complaint will be assessed and a firm price can be provided.

There is no HST on these fees as it is a therapeutic service.
